What to Include
If you're reporting a calculation issue, please include:
- The calculator URL (e.g., themortgagemath.com/fha-loan-calculator)
- The specific inputs you used
- The output you received
- The expected output and the source you're comparing against
This helps us reproduce the issue quickly and issue a correction if needed.
Response Time
Calculation errors: we aim to verify and correct within 48 hours of a confirmed report. All other inquiries: within 2–3 business days.
What We Don't Do
We are not a mortgage lender, broker, or financial advisor. We cannot provide personalized loan advice, rate quotes, pre-approval letters, or referrals to specific lenders.
